11.2 Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at jomwin33's discretion, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
11.3 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting jomwin33 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jomwin33 holds its operating licence.
